Welcome to ANRSK ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are deeply committed to protecting your intellectual property. This Privacy Policy details how we handle, process, and protect data when you ("you", "your", or the "User") visit our website (anrsk.com) and utilize our Google Sheets SaaS tool ("the Service").

2. Google API Services User Data Policy

To comply with the strict privacy requirements of the Google Workspace ecosystem, ANRSK dictates exact boundaries on how we handle Google user data.

ANRSK's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We ensure transparency across the following parameters:

  • Data Accessed: The Service explicitly requests access to view and manage your active Google Spreadsheet documents (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets), and requires your specific Spreadsheet ID and basic Google account email address to verify authorized access to the tool.
  • Data Usage: The sole operational purpose for accessing your Google Sheets™ data is to read the text data you enter (such as component names and connections). This raw text is sent to the Google Gemini Enterprise API to perform risk analysis, and the resulting DFMEA text is written directly back into new cells within your active spreadsheet.
  • Data Sharing: Spreadsheet inputs are securely transmitted to the Google Gemini Enterprise API for natural language and logic inference, and structural diagram topologies are processed statelessly via QuickChart.io. Your Google user data is strictly NOT shared with any other third-party vendors, advertisers, or data brokers.
  • Data Storage & Protection: ANRSK operates a Zero-Knowledge architecture. All structural processing happens in-memory during execution. We do not persistently store, clone, or back up your proprietary Google Sheets™ contents on our servers. All data transmitted between your Google Sheets™, our Add-on, and the Gemini API is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS. The minimal authorization data we do retain (such as your Sheet ID and email) is strictly access-controlled and encrypted at rest.
  • Data Retention & Deletion: Because proprietary spreadsheet data is not stored by ANRSK, there is no persistent payload data to retain or delete post-execution. To erase your authorization data (such as your Sheet ID and contact email) from our secure active-access roster, please manually revoke the Add-on's permissions via your Google Account Security dashboard and email info@anrsk.com to request a full scrub of your account credentials.

3. Our Zero-Knowledge Architecture

The core philosophy of the ANRSK Service is robust intellectual property protection. By design, our platform enforces a strict Zero-Knowledge Architecture regarding your hardware data, engineering models, and risk parameters.

  • No Data Storage: We do not clone, save, or store your Google Sheets™ data on any proprietary cloud databases or servers.
  • Direct Routing: Data is routed locally from your Google Spreadsheet directly to the sub-processors required for structural output generation.
  • No AI Training: No payload data processed by our Service is used or retained by us to train, fine-tune, or develop general AI foundation models.

4. Information We Collect

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service, we collect the minimal amount of information necessary:

  • Authorization Data: To grant you access to the Service, we collect your specific Google Sheets™ ID (the unique string in the URL of your document) and email address. This ensures the Add-on only operates within authorized environments.
  • Contact Information: If you communicate with us for support, access requests, or inquiries, we will collect your email address and any other details you provide.
  • Usage Metadata & Logging: We may collect basic diagnostic logs (such as timestamps, error codes, and API success/failure rates) to maintain Service reliability. These logs do not contain any of your proprietary spreadsheet payloads.
  • Website Analytics: When you visit our informational site at anrsk.com, we use standard analytics tools and cookies to understand traffic metrics and improve user experience. The Service/Add-on itself operates entirely separate from our public marketing website.

5. Third-Party Services and Sub-processors

We minimize reliance on external vendors. The Service utilizes only two specific boundaries for payload processing:

  • Google Workspace & Gemini API: While the Add-on's underlying codebase and libraries are hosted and maintained on ANRSK's Google account, the code executes completely within your local Google Sheets™ environment. We utilize Google Gemini's paid Enterprise API for generative inference. All requests processed through the Facilitator sidebar are subject to Google Cloud's strict enterprise privacy bounds.   • QuickChart.io: To generate visual Boundary Diagrams directly in your spreadsheet, topological instructions (subsystem names and connection routes) are securely transmitted as format-strings to QuickChart solely for on-the-fly rendering. QuickChart acts as a stateless processor and your data is deleted as soon as boundary diagram is rendered. For more information, please see QuickChart's Privacy stance.

Aside from Google and QuickChart.io, we do not utilize any other third-party data processors to manipulate or read your Service data.

6. Your Data Protection Rights (UK GDPR)

Since ANRSK operates its terms under the laws of England and Wales, you have specific rights regarding any personal data we hold (such as your contact information and Sheet IDs):

  • The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
  • The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data completely from our authorization records and mailing lists.
  • The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we pause or stop processing your personal data.

*Note: Erasing or restricting your authorization data (like Sheet IDs) will instantly revoke your access to the Service.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to strictly align with current regulations or architectural adjustments. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
