By accessing or using the ANRSK service and its associated Google Sheets Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ANRSK is a Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) tool designed for technical consultants and hardware companies. It provides AI-assisted workflow automation for risk analysis matrices.

3. Liability Coverage and Disclaimers

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While Engineering Brain utilizes advanced AI algorithms mapping to AIAG & VDA standards, the output is intended solely as an engineering strawman/draft.

It is the strict responsibility of the designated human systems engineer to verify, approve, and validate all generated risk parameters and mitigation strategies. Engineering Brain, nor its parent company, shall be held liable for actual hardware failure, regulatory non-compliance, or subsequent damages resulting from the implementation of generated documents.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the intellectual property and system requirements you map using our tool. We claim no ownership over your hardware architecture data.
