Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ANRSK service, its website (anrsk.com), and its associated Google Sheets™ Add-on (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service and Access

ANRSK is a Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) tool designed for technical consultants and hardware companies. It provides AI-assisted workflow automation for risk analysis matrices.

Access via Authorization: Access to the Service is strictly by invitation or explicit authorization granted by ANRSK. You may not install, self-provision, or use the Add-on without prior approval.

Currently, authorized access to the Service is provided free of charge. ANRSK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) or introduce fees in the future upon reasonable notice to you.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, its Add-on architecture, or its underlying AI workflows.
• Use the Service's outputs to systematically train your own standalone AI models or machine learning algorithms.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or AI outputs from the Service.
• Transfer, resell, lease, or share your authorized account access with third parties.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Privacy

Your Data & Zero-Retention Guarantee: You retain all rights and ownership to the intellectual property, hardware architecture data, and system requirements you map using our tool. ANRSK does not store, process, or retain visibility into your Google Sheets™ data or API call payloads. Our backend architecture is designed such that your proprietary information remains exclusively within your controlled environment. Our Platform: ANRSK retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the Google Sheets™ Add-on, underlying code, templates, styling, workflows, and proprietary algorithms.

5. Disclaimers and No Warranties

The Service and its outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ANRSK does not guarantee any expected uptime or service availability levels.

Engineering Draft Disclaimer: While ANRSK utilizes advanced AI algorithms mapping to AIAG & VDA standards, the output generated is intended solely as an engineering strawman or draft. It is the strict responsibility of the designated qualified engineer or professional to comprehensively verify, approve, and validate all generated risk parameters, failure modes, and mitigation strategies before implementation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ANRSK, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to actual hardware failure, regulatory non-compliance, product recalls, or subsequent economic damages resulting from the implementation of generated documents or use of the Service.

In no event shall ANRSK's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to ANRSK to use the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) £100 GBP.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ANRSK and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any hardware failure, personal injury, property damage, or regulatory fines resulting from products or systems analyzed, designed, or manufactured using outputs from the Service.

8. Termination

ANRSK may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at its sole discretion, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, by providing reasonable notice (typically via email). Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
